London & Zurich will loge payments to your designated bank account once the processing of each transaction has been completed. Details of the processing timeline can be found in our help article here.
Settlements will be received as a lump sums and therefore you may need to break this down into the individual transactions.
Important to note: If you have deleted contacts during your reporting periods for your settlements and selected option 4 on deletion (Delete all information from the system), then please note that the payment history associated with these contacts will also be removed from your transaction records. To ensure that your settlement reports can be accurately reconciled, we strongly recommend using the third option for deletion instead (Delete personal data (excluding first and last name), email history and log data).
LoveAdmin’s Transactions report will help you to reconcile the transactions with each settlement.
- The transactions report is found under Financials > Payment reports > Hover over ‘View reports’ > ‘Transaction report for activity period’ > From 01 Jan 2018
- Set the date range to match the exact date of the settlement you received e.g. From 20th Jan - 20th Jan, and click the Search button.
- The search result will return all transactions that were completed and settled to your bank account on the date range. The gross amount should match what you have received in your bank account.
- To view payment description details, click on the 'Switch to itemised view' button along the top of the page.
