The minimum monthly fee will be effective starting from 1st May 2024. In case your Direct Debit was established later, any fees for previous months will be collected retroactively. Following month, email invoices will be sent to the primary club admin on your account.
It is important to note that only LoveAdmin app fees count towards the minimum monthly amount, which is 3% + VAT (equivalent to 3.6% per transaction). The total LoveAdmin fees paid will be subtracted from the £50 + VAT (£60) minimum fee and invoiced to you in the subsequent month.
For assistance in this process, LoveAdmin’s Transactions report can be utilised. This report can be accessed under Financials > Payment reports > Hover over ‘View reports’ > ‘Transaction report for activity period’ > Starting from 01 Jan 2018.
To calculate the total amount paid in LoveAdmin fees, simply multiply the Gross transaction amount within a month by 3.6% (0.036) and then subtract this from £60.
