Payment requests on the LoveAdmin system can be subject to the following payment statuses.
Outstanding
The request for payment has been issued, however, the payment has not yet been initiated by the contact.
The contact will either need to sign in to their account to make the payment, or the payment will be initiated automatically at around midnight if the contact has an existing pre-authorisation.
Pending
The payment has been initiated and processing is underway.
GoCardless customers will receive a pending status notification if a payment has been pending for 9 banking days, which is longer than the time expected for the processing to complete. An email will be sent to all admins that have been assigned full admin access.
At Risk (London & Zurich only)
If a pre-authorisation is cancelled during the time when payment is still processing, then the status of the payment may become 'At Risk'. This will occur if the pre-authorisation has been cancelled soon after the cut-off time required for cancelling London & Zurich payments.
The payment may still successfully complete, however, is more likely to fail. The status will change to either Paid or Cancelled/Failed/Chargeback after 7 working days once the status can be known.
Paid
The payment has been processed and paid-out to your organisation's bank account
Cancelled/Failed/Chargeback
Payments will has this status if they fail during processing or have been cancelled.
