Our Development Programme feature is designed for organisations that provide structured learning/training through levels, skills and practice/exercise.
Typically, the Development Programme is used for award schemes or training programmes.
A Development Programme can be made up of multiple levels. Associated to levels are skills (or exercises). For each skill, you can set what people should practice. As people record their practice, they are rewarded credits.
You can also input reasons for not achieving a skill so when you mark off that someone failed a skill, you can select common reasons why they failed.
You can upload videos, YouTube urls and images for each skill and the same for 'What to practice'.
When you mark off that someone is working on a new skill, the associated images/videos are published to a timeline on your members/customers phone (either on the LoveAdmin, LoveSport or LoveGymnastics app).
Important note: YouTube may block the playback of videos featuring copyrighted music. Please consider this before uploading videos to avoid your members getting a 'Video Unavailable' error.
Pre-loaded Development Programmes
We have over 30 pre-set Development Programmes from the gymnastics, swimming and tennis world. To access these, go to Settings > Development Programme - Load Development Programme. Note, you will only see programmes related to the type of organisation you are (as defined when you first registered for a LoveAdmin account). If you are using a pre-loaded Development Programme, don't forget to tick the enable button next to it.

Note, you can edit/customise a pre-loaded programme.
Creating a new Development Programme
Step 1: Go to Settings > Development Programme - Create Development Programme.
Step 2: Give it name.
Step 3: Input the first level. Some level descriptions can be long so you can abbreviate them so when they appear on the app, they appear in the shortened format.
Step 4: Input the Skill description. Again, you can abbreviate as per Step 3. You can paste in a YouTube video link (preferable), upload a video (max 100mb) or upload a static image.
Step 5: To add a practice for this skill, select Yes to 'Add what to work on to achieve this skill'. Input a description and set whether the practice is time related (ie. do this for 10 minutes) or Sets and Reps.
Practice format 'Time' - Select the frequency, the practice time (if Other, select that and you'll be able to input your desired time) and attach a video/image to it. Credits are awarded based on the amount of time someone practices for. More on that later.

Practice formation 'Sets and reps' - Select the frequency, the number of sets, the number of reps per set, the weight and the rest time between each set. You can decide how many credits are awarded for the practice/training goal set.

Hover over Save and select the appropriate option.
Important note:
Retrospectively adding videos to skills already assigned to contacts will not push the changes to the app timelines. Only contacts who are assigned these skills after the update will see the newly made changes to the video.
We aim to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
Reasons for not achieving the skill
Here, you can input the reason for not achieving the skill and select what to practice to achieve it next time. You can add multiple reasons for not achieving the skill.

Important!
Once you have finished building your Development Programme, you need to enable it before you can use it.

Deleting a Development Programme
When deleting a Development Programme, the following will happen:
1) All information you have recorded against your members/customers for that Development Programme will be deleted. That includes what levels and skills they are working on or have been completed, achieved or failed.
2) Any information that was published to the members/customers timeline, in relation to the Development Programme deleted, will be removed.
Know issues
If you do not add a video/image to 'What to practice' before saving a Skill, it's not possible to go back in and add it after.
If you upload a video/image to a Skill or 'What to practice', you can not delete it edit it after you save it.
