Development Programme Notifications
The Development Programme feature will push notifications to your contacts’s mobile apps and send emails in the following scenarios.
Below the table is a definition of each scenario.

| Working on a new skill – This notification will be sent when a new skill is marked as working towards for a contact and that skill has something to practice associated to it. |

| Skill Passed – When someone passed a skill |
[First Name] has passed the skill [Skill Name]! Go to the timeline for all the info. |
Email Subject: [First name] has passed! Email Content: First name] has passed. Go to the Timeline in the [App Name] App to see what it is and what to practice. |
| Level Passed – When someone passed a level |
[First Name] has passed the level [Level Name]! Go to the timeline for all the info. |

| Reminder - If the member hasn’t recorded the practice 24 hours after it was originally posted to timeline |

- Working on a new Skill
These notifications will be sent to the contacts on the scheduled time of its corresponding skills. But, it may delay up to 5 min depending upon our scheduler’s status/queue.
Contact's will get separate notifications for each skill.
- Skill Passed
This notification will be sent when a skill is marked as achieved (‘Passed’) for a contact.
Contacts will get this notification within 1-2 minutes after updating the status.
If you mark multiple skills as passed at the same time, contacts will get a separate notification for each skill.
- Level Passed
This notification will be sent when a particular level is marked as passed for a contact.
Contact will get the notification within 1-2 minutes after updating the status of the level.
If you mark multiple levels as passed simultaneously, user will get separate notification for each level.
- Reminder
Currently, these notifications are sending on our scheduler’s first run (around 12:00 AM), on the next day after it was originally posted to timeline.
The contact will get this reminder notification in an interval of 24 hrs till the contact records this practice.
If there are multiple practices are pending to record, the system will send different notifications for each practice.
Timeline Content Uploads
Contacts will receive notifications when the following content is uploaded to the timeline.

Posting Videos to timeline- When the admin posts any video into timeline, contact will get this email |
