How Do I UnLink Contacts?

In some circumstances, you may wish to unlink contacts - to find out how to do this, follow the steps below:

Step 1: When in the contacts record, scroll down until you see Linked contact(s):

Step 2: Choose to unlink 1 or all contacts

Step 3: Once you have made a selection. A pop-up will then display saying ‘Linked successfully’ – simply, click ‘OK’.
