How to set-up pre-authorisation when no payments are due

If the member has no current outstanding payments, it is still possible to setup a pre-authorisation in preparation for when the next payments are due. 

Steps:

• Members signs into their online account
• Clicks on the Payment tab
• Selects 'Pre-authorisation future payments' and 'Pay by Direct Debit' together
• Clicks CONFIRM

The member can then enter their bank details and setup the pre-authorisation
