How Do I Create a Group?

Creating a Group

Step 1: Once logged into LoveAdmin, hover over ‘Contacts’ then click on ‘Groups’.

Step 2: Once in ‘Groups’ click ‘Create a group’.

Step 3: First, name the group.

Step 4: Next, select if you want to display the form for the group in the contact's account.

Step 5: Select if you want to give the option for contacts to register for this group on the registration page.

Step 6: If you have selected Yes, do you want to include it on another form or make it a standalone registretaion option.

Step 7: If standalone, select which adminstrators to C.C in on the welcome notification email.

Step 8: Do you want to limit the number of people that can be added to the group? If you select ‘Yes’ you will need to enter the limit.

Step 9: If you have given a size limit to the group, you will be asked if you want to create a waiting list.

Step 10: Give your waiting list a name

You will now have 3 choices,

Save – This will save and close the group builder.

Save and Build Form - This will save the created group and send you to the form builder section of the site.

Save and Add Contact – This will save the created group and allow to add contacts to the group
