LoveAdmin does not come with a dedicated survey tool currently, however you can use groups and forms to collect data and information from contacts on your system.
First, create a standard group, and then use the form associated with this group to be the questionnaire. To create a standard group, go to Contacts > View all > Create a group
When creating the group, give it a name, and then use the recommended settings below in the example screenshot.
Choose 'Save and Build form' to be taken to the form for the group. Here you can create custom fields for asking your questions.
Once finished, copy the required contacts on your system into the survey group, who will be able to access the form from within their online account, in their Personal Details section. There is a drop-down menu in this section, which allows members to choose the form they want to view.
When you are ready to view the results, you can export the results by creating a custom report to only include the fields you need. Help on doing this can be found here:
