How Does a Contact See Their Membership Card?

In some circumstances, you may wish to see how a contact views their details and where they can view their membership card. To find out how to do this, follow the steps below:

Where to Locate a Membership Card

Please note - the option to view a membership card will not be displayed to a contact until they have filled out all mandatory fields in their account.

Step 1: Go to the contact record of the person whose membership card you wish to view.

Step 2: Hover over the ‘Actions’ icon and choose ‘View contacts login’. This will take you to the exact view your contacts see when they log in.

Step 3: You will be able to locate the membership card by clicking the membership card tab at the top of the page.

Step 4: Hover over ‘Switch’ and click ‘Switch back to Admin Login’ to get back to your administrative account.

Once you follow these instructions you will have successfully viewed a contacts membership card.
