There may be occasions when a member's pre-authorisation is cancelled, either by the member themselves or by the club, when an instalment payment plan is already is underway. Before future instalments can be taken again automatically, the pre-authorisation will need to be re-instated.
There are two possible scenarios that will occur; these are explained below, along with the steps that can be shared with your members to help them easily set up their pre-authorisation again and continue making their instalment payments.
Scenario 1 - The member has already paid a minimum of 2 instalments
Please log in to your online account and go to the Payment page, and you will see the balance of the amount outstanding. You can choose to pay it in full or by instalments. If you choose to pay by instalments, you will be put straight back on the original instalment schedule and your future payments will become due as per the original schedule.
In summary:
Sign into LoveAdmin and go the Payments tab
- Change the Pay in full now drop-down to show Pay by instalment
- Click on the Pay here button to enter the direct debit details.
Scenario 2 - The member has made less than 2 instalment payments
Please sign in to your LoveAdmin account and go to the payment page. Here you will see the balance outstanding. This can be paid in full, or alternatively, you choose to setup a new direct debit again continue paying by balance by instalments.
Instructions as follows:
- Sign into LoveAdmin and go the Payments tab
- Change the Pay now drop-down to show –Select—
- Choose to Pre-authorise future payments and pay by direct debit
- Click on the Pay here button to enter the direct debit details.
