The LoveAdmin system allows you to send emails from your organisation's own domain name.
Before you can do this, there are just a few steps required. This process is known as 'white labelling'.
Step 1: Provide us with the name of your email domain.
We'll then be able to send you a set of records to add to apply to the DNS of the domain. Please note that the email containing the records will come from @sendgrid.com - look out for this!
DNS records are typically managed through an online control panel and a login will be available on the website you registered your domain with, for example, GoDaddy.com or 123-reg.co.uk.
Step 2: Let us know once you have applied the DNS records and we will verify these through our system. Once successfully verified, some minor configuration is required our end, and the process is complete.
Once steps 1 and 2 have been completed, emails you send from the LoveAdmin system will come from your organisations own email address.
