In some circumstances, you may wish to add new people to a course - to find out how to do this, follow the steps below:
Adding New People
Step 1: Once logged into LoveAdmin, go to ‘Contacts’ > ‘Courses’ and click on the course you wish to add a person to.
Step 2: Hover over the ‘Actions’ icon and select ‘Add new contact’.
Step 3: Once you have clicked ‘Add new contact’, fill in the form with the new contact’s information.
Please note - the ‘First name’ and ‘Email address’ fields are mandatory.
Step 4: If you wish to add a ‘linked’ contact (a sibling, for example) select ‘Add Linked Member’ at the bottom of the page.
Please note – the contact you create first will, by default, be the lead contact.
Step 5: If you wish to continue adding contacts (for example, if you were working through a list of contacts to add) select ‘Add Additional Contact’.
Step 6: When you are happy with your new contact(s), click ‘Finish’ at the bottom of the page.
Once you have completed the above steps, you will have successfully added your new contact(s) to a course.
