Once your application to setup a London & Zurich account has been accepted, these are the next steps you need to action. For a link to the London & Zurich application form, please contact the LoveAdmin support.
Important: The following steps are intended only for customers who are not migrating direct debits from GoCardless to London & Zurich, and instead cancelling all existing direct debit mandates. The help article on migrating direct debits across can be read here.
For access to your London & Zurich Payment Services portal, please contact London & Zurich on firstname.lastname@example.org, who can issue your login details.
Step 1 – Email email@example.com with the date you would like us to activate London & Zurich in your LoveAdmin account. Note, from this date forward, you will not be able to collect payments through GoCardless. Please consider points 2 and 3 below before giving us this date.
Step 2 – We recommend you advise your members/customers of the switch to London & Zurich.
Step 3 – Cancel all existing GoCardless pre-authorisations (if you have any). You can do that by logging in to your LoveAdmin account and going to Contacts > Master contact list – from the Actions options, select ‘Cancel pre-authorisations'. Selecting this option will cancel all pre-authorisations.
An important note to Step 3 – cancelling the pre-authorisations will also cancel any pending payments that were requested within 3 working days. You can check if you have any pending payments by going to Financials > Payment Reports. Pending payments that have gone beyond the 3 working days when the switch is made will still complete as normal and update in LoveAdmin.
Cancelling the pre-authorisations will send an automatic email to your members/customers to notify them that their direct debits have been cancelled.

Step 4 – On your activation date (as given in Step 1), to check that the account is active, login to your LoveAdmin account and go to Settings > Account. At the top of that page you will see a tick box against London & Zurich along with your group and security code.
With those in place, you’re now ready to start taking payments with London & Zurich!
Please also note: The first payment a contact makes will take 11 working days to transfer into your bank account. Each subsequent payment will take 7 working days.
